2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed photography appointment.

A session becomes confirmed only after ParPar Portraits accepts availability and communicates confirmation to the client.

The client may also be required to complete a session agreement, waiver and deposit before the session proceeds.

3. Session Agreement Controls

Photography services are governed by the applicable session agreement and waiver accepted by the client.

If there is a conflict between general website information and a signed session agreement concerning a booked photography service, the applicable signed agreement governs that photography service.

4. Pricing and Payments

Any prices displayed on the website are subject to the terms of the applicable booking and session agreement.

Deposit requirements, remaining balances, payment due dates, refunds, rescheduling and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable agreement and the circumstances of the booking.

5. Client Accounts

Client portal access is personal to the client account.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

Clients should notify ParPar Portraits if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Client Galleries

Private galleries are intended for the applicable client and authorized recipients.

Gallery availability, download periods and expiration are governed by the portal information and applicable photography agreement.

Clients are encouraged to download and safely back up their delivered photographs before the stated gallery expiration date.

7. Website Content

The website design, text, branding, logos, photographs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits.

Rights relating to a client’s commissioned photographs are governed by the applicable photography agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another client’s account
• Attempt to access owner or administrative areas without authorization
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Upload malicious content
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to extract private client information
